You are a Social Media professional with a strong track record in managing large social media communities and experience in Social Listening/Analytics. Together with other team members you will be in charge of managing the daily conversations in our clients’ digital and social media channel(s). Your content and engagement strategies will ensure high engagement rates and top performance both all social media channels and the team.

Tasks

- Develop and coordinate content schedules (in collaboration with the team)
- Create copy, choose matching and appealing visuals
- Schedule, post, reply content and lead conversations pro-actively
- Manage community and campaign-related conversations on Vocanic’s proprietary Social Media conversation management platform VSocial
- Communicate with our clients on a regular basis to adjust tone of voice
- Stick to strict timelines related with projects and community tasks
- Coordinate and collaborate with our Social Media teams in the region
- Social Listening (using various tools) and analytics
- Analyze social media channel performance and community conversations
- Create presentable reports on a regular basis
- Following, discovering & setting trends in Social Media (new channels, campaigns…)
- Report to the Country Head of Vocanic Indonesia
- Attending regular team meetings

Qualifications

- At least 3 years experience in Social Media Content & Community Management
- Very good copywriting skills (Bahasa, English)
- Experience in advertising/digital agencies beneficial
- Creative out-of-the-box thinker

Project Manager

Vocanic is seeking an experienced Digital project Manager to join our great team of specialists.

You will be in charge of all our clients’ digital and social media projects and platform integration (our proprietary systems) from a technical and a project management point of view. You will coordinate and dynamically communicate with our regional development and creative teams (in English), the local account managers and clients alike and you will assure all projects and solutions meet the high expectations of our accounts in terms of quality and timeline.

Tasks

- Gather specific requirements/scope for an approved project.
- Create a wireframes & user journey based on project requirements/scope.
- Communicate with Technical PM & Creative Director for resources availability including production timeline.
- Brief the developers on the project requirements/scope based on approved wireframes.
- Communicate the production timeline to the clients.
- Ensure the project passes the Internal & Client UAT.
- Coordinate the project launch and monitor the project during its lifetime.
- Coordinate the project take down with the client and Tech Team.
- Support any technical request from the Community, Client Service or Country Head related to projects. (i.e. giving access to Google Analytics, FB Insights, project costing)
- Client support on technical issues. i.e. VSocial (proprietary platform), projects etc.
- Communicate any client request related to technical/design job to our internal development and design teams, i.e. design work on social media cover pages, changes on the project mechanism.
- Attend weekly PM meeting

Qualifications

- IT Undergraduate or higher
- At least 3 years experience in digital project management
- Experience in advertising/digital agencies beneficial
- Technical knowledge on www production (tech savvy)
- Project Management skills (excellent at managing resource, time, cost, scope)
- Familiar with Social Media (specifically FB, FB tabs, mechanisms)
- Bahasa & English (read/write)

- Adept in creating strategies, proposals and related presentations and calculations

Digital Project Managers

A combination of client facing and internal team facilitation, the Digital Project Manager must be a fast learner that is capable of client account management and must know how to plan, execute, monitor and report for digital projects. The ideal candidate must be able to analyse data and highlight trends across activations, compile reports and advise on next steps.

  • Work closely with the tech team and product manager to ensure efficient delivery of projects
  • Work closely with the Account Manager to manage campaign executions and meet milestones and deadlines.
