Senior Content and Community Manager

You are a Social Media professional with a strong track record in managing large social media
communities and experience in Social Listening/Analytics. Besides supervising and developing a
growing team of community managers you will be in charge of managing the daily conversations
in our clients’ digital and social media channel(s). Your content strategies will ensure high
engagement rates and top performance both all social media channels/web assets and the
team.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and coordinate content schedules
  • Create copy, choose matching and appealing visuals
  • Schedule, post, reply content and lead conversations pro-actively
  • Manage community and campaign-related conversations via Vocanic’s proprietary
  • Social Media conversation management platform VSocial
  • Communicate with our clients on a regular basis
  • Stick to strict timelines related with projects and community tasks
  • Supervise a team of community managers
  • Coordinate and collaborate with our local and regional teams
  • Social Listening (using various tools) and analytics
  • Lead and manage social media and community conversation analysis
  • Create presentable reports on a regular basis
  • Following, discovering & setting trends in Social Media (new channels, campaigns…)
  • Report to the Country Head of Vocanic Indonesia
  • Attending regular team meetings

Requirements: 

  • At least 4 years experience in Social Media Content & Community Management (minimum 2 years in a team leading position)
  • Very good copywriting skills (Bahasa, English)
  • Experience in advertising/digital agencies beneficial
  • Bahasa & English speaking
